RESERVATION & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm your booking. 

 • Bookings are not guaranteed until the reservation fee has been successfully received. 

 • The remaining balance must be paid in Japanese Yen (*) cash on the day of the tour, unless otherwise agreed in advance.   X Cancellation Policy 

• 7 days or more before the tour date: Reservation fee is non-refundable, but booking may be rescheduled once (subject to availability). 

 • 3 to 6 days before the tour date: 50% of the total tour fee will be charged.  

• Less than 72 hours before the tour / Same-day cancellation / No-show: 100% of the total tour fee will be charged.  Rescheduling Policy 

• Rescheduling is allowed once only, if requested at least 7 days before the tour date. 

 • All reschedules are subject to availability, especially during peak seasons.  Late Arrival & Delays 

• Tour time begins based on the agreed schedule.  

• Overtime is subject to availability and will be charged at ·10,000 per hour.  Important Notes 

• During peak seasons (e.g., Sakura season, Golden Week, holidays), all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-reschedulable.  

• In cases of extreme weather or safety concerns, we reserve the right to adjust or reschedule the tour.  

• All services are operated using licensed (green plate) vehicles, ensuring compliance with Japanese transport regulation
